STUDENT FEES
Undergraduate & Graduate Students are admitted free. To qualify
- Must be a full-time student at a University in the US or Canada
- Must provide proof of current enrollment with registration form
- Can not already be employed by a company in the UV+EB industry
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to January 3, 2020. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to January 24, 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations after January 24, 2020. Exhibit Only Registrations are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. Early Bird Registrations Are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable; no exceptions. Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations and must be submitted in writing on company letterhead. No substitutions will be accepted for Exhibit Only Registrations.
