Discount Disney Park Tickets
There are a few options for RadTech and IUVA attendees. You can purchase discounted multi-day park tickets and park hoppers. You can also purchase specially discounted tickets that allow you to enter the park at a reduced fee after 5 PM. All details are available by selecting Select Tickets / Theme Park Tickets in the top right corner of this site: https://www.mydisneygroup.com/ruvebtce2020.
Beware of Hotel Booking Scams
Beware of scams. RadTech 2020 hotel reservations should only be made following the instructions listed on the event website. Do not provide your personal or credit card information to any parties that solicit hotel reservations via phone or fax. RadTech does not employ any third-party services to coordinate hotel reservations. Beware of telephone/fax scams offering “special” hotel rates on behalf of RadTech.

Self-Parking: Disney Coronado Springs Resort
Self-parking is available to registered hotel guests at a rate of $19 per day and valet is available at an additional fee.
Shuttle Service: Orlando International Airport
As long as you are staying at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort there is free shuttle service available from the airport to/from the hotel through Disney’s Magical Express. You will receive instructions on how to reserve your shuttle when you make your hotel reservation.
